First thing I would like to emphasize is that this is one of the tastiest sauces I have ever tried. For a while now, I have been buying mustard in seeds, and eating it like that, because texture of the regular mustard became a bit boring.
I have tried this sauce with ribeye steak, and from the first bite, I knew I have to have my own supplies of this goodness. Recipe is simple, all you need is love and precise scale.
Mustard seeds 190 gr
Brown sugar 15gr
Tabasco sauce 6gr
Just mix it all up, maybe if you prefer spicier, just add more of anything you like the best.
