For 6 crackers you will need:
1 ripe banana
1 cup of old fashioned oat
Pinch of cinnamon
1 spoon of brown sugar
——————————————————-
- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth, add all the other ingredients and mix. That’s it. The amount of old fashioned oats depends on the size of the banana, so it is better to tell you that the mixture you need to get should be soft but dry so that you can take it, form a ball and squeeze it to make some form that you will put on baking paper.
- You can add almonds or almond flour to this mixture, or put dates instead of sugar, but in that case add old fashioned oat at the end so you don’t trick yourself and make mixture too hard.
- Bake at 170oC for 15 min.
As for frosting, I had some baked apples in the fridge, so I mashed them, added some cream cheese with palm sugar and lemon on top of it, and crushed some frozen berries so they break the taste and add flavor to it.
You can put some chocolate pudding, or sweet yogurt, or some other fruit, or dip it into milk or you can just eat it with no toping like a cracker.
